About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of business operations and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.


Day-to-day responsibilities

- Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators.
- Conducting research and market analysis to support business planning and strategy development.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and business cases.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and solutions.
- Participating in meetings and workshops to facilitate communication and alignment on business objectives.
- Supporting the evaluation of project initiatives and their impact on business outcomes.



About you

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in analysis and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in business analysis, consulting, or related internships is a plus.
