About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making processes within the organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis and contribute to the success of our company.

Day-to-day responsibilities

- Collecting and compiling data from various sources.
- Cleaning and organizing data sets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Performing data analysis using statistical methods and tools.
- Assisting in the development of data visualizations and reports.
- Collaborating with team members to identify data-driven insights and trends.
- Supporting data-driven decision-making processes across departments.
- Contributing to the improvement of data management processes and procedures.


About you

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience with data analysis or relevant internships is a plus.
